6 - THEMpeople present THE COLLAGE: SAVEMONEY
This is the first of a series depicting our experience producing and running a lab working with artists on a level thats much deeper than music. The visual is a collage of handheld footage accompanied by voice over starting with one of Chicagos illest art circles SAVEMONEY. Many people lack the understanding of true origins in culture and we have a tendency to unify our view of a person based on how the hype defines them. Collectives like SAVEMONEY create from a strong musical foundation built on passion and brotherhood. In this piece Vic Spencer (@VicSpencer) speaks on the origins of SAVEMONEY from a more interpersonal light. The collage also features music from THEMpeoples up n coming beat tape Smoke Breaks.
